Wrap larger products with Falcon Boxes’ 5-ply large-cell honeycomb wrap. This version combines a larger honeycomb opening pattern with a wider 34-inch sheet, providing more width to work around broad, tall and bulky items.

The slitted corrugated sheet expands into an open lattice that can be shaped around a product or arranged inside a suitable outer box. Available in Brown and White, it works for ecommerce parcels, larger gifts and homeware packaging.

What Can You Pack with Large-Cell Honeycomb Wrap?

  • Large vases and decorative bottles: Use the wider sheet around broad bodies and taller shapes, adding separate packing around narrow necks, openings and projecting details.

How to Pack

Gently stretch the sheet to open the lattice, then shape it around the item. Give corners, handles, rims and narrow sections their own packing attention. Place the wrapped item in a correctly sized outer box and fill remaining spaces so it stays supported during handling. For delicate finishes, add a suitable soft inner layer first.
