Orders
Orders are subject to product availability, accurate customer information, verification and confirmation. Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise, and shipping, customization or printing charges may apply according to the order.
Custom printed and personalized orders
Custom production begins only after the required advance payment has been received and the customer has approved the final artwork, size, material, quantity and printing specifications. Changes requested after approval may change the price or timeline and may not be possible once production has started.
Customized, personalized, custom printed and made-to-order products are not returnable simply because of a change of mind. They remain eligible for review if defective, damaged or different from the approved specifications.
