Return and Refund Policy
At Falcon Boxes, we value your satisfaction. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy gives you 14 days to request a refund or exchange. Please note that if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted, such as:
- Items showing obvious signs of use.
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank to confirm processing times.

Non-Refundable Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at info@falconboxes.pk to arrange the exchange.
Shipping for Returns
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
